WHAT IS LAYBUY?
Laybuy is an easy payment service that allows customers to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 6 weekly Automatic Installments, without any interest being charged.
HOW DO I USE LAYBUY?
Shop as normal on our website and select 'checkout with Laybuy' at checkout, you will then be taken to the Laybuy website to create an account. It's as simple as that!
AM I ELIGIBLE?
To be eligible to use Laybuy you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a resident of United Kingdom (excluding Ireland)
- Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile telephone number
- Have a valid debit or credit card
- Have a valid driving licence or passport
HOW DOES LAYBUY PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
At checkout, 1/6 of the order total is due immediately, then the further 5 payments are taken weekly, automatically on your payment date selected by yourself.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM/S BE DELIVERED?
Items bought using Laybuy are delivered within our normal delivery times. Please see our Shipping and Returns section for information.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT WITH LAYBUY?
Returns will follow our standard returns process. Please see the Shipping and Returns section for information how to process a return. Upon acceptance of a return, we will issue a refund to Laybuy.
